A Yes, free samples are available,actually it is better to get some samples for your evaluation,so you can also know our products quality. just the freight cost is on your account.

A Due to the daily production capacity is very huge,we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model,But if we have stocks,5000pcs can also acceptable.

A Normally the lead time is about 20-30 days, depending on the product and quantity ordered.

A For electrolytic aluminum and UV coated products,we normally use foam trays( to avoid product scratches) ,standard exported cartons and pallets as well.Also customization as client’s requirements.

A T/T. 30% deposit for non customized products,50% for customized ones, balance against the B/L copy.

A We will make samples and various tests before mass production, and after samples approved, we will begin mass production. Doing full inspection or random inspection during production and packing.

A If any breakage or defective products were found, you must take the pictures from the original cartons. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.If it is confirmed that the claim is established ,we will replenish a sufficient number of complete products for you in the next order.
